\# Mercado Pago inStore Mercado Pago inStore is the solution that allows you to integrate online sales channels with physical stores that are processing payments with Mercado Pago Point, maintaining unified inventory. This way, customers can choose whether to make their purchase in the online store and pick up the purchased product in person, make the purchase in physical stores and receive it at home, or continue with the entire process online. Inventory and payment management continues to be guaranteed by VTEX stores and Mercado Pago. The configuration of Mercado Pago inStore consists of four stages: first, you must install and configure VTEX Sales App, then you must do the same with Mercado Pago inStore App, after that you must configure the payment methods for direct sales, and finally you must activate PDV mode on the Mercado Pago Point terminals. Follow the steps below to perform this process correctly. :::AccordionComponent{title="Install and configure VTEX Sales App" pill="1"} ## Install VTEX Sales App To install VTEX Sales App, access the store's administration panel on the left side of the screen and follow the steps below. 1\. Go to \*\*Apps > Extension Hub > App Store\*\*. 2\. On the screen with the application details, click \*\*Get App\*\*. 4\. Once the application is downloaded, click \*\*Install App\*\*. 5\. Accept the Terms and Conditions of Service. Once the process is finished, VTEX Sales App will be installed and you must configure it. ## Configure VTEX Sales App To configure VTEX Sales App, access the store's administration panel and follow the steps below: 1\. Go to \*\*Apps > Extension Hub > App Management\*\*. 2\. On the next screen, select the \*\*Advanced\*\* option and follow the instructions: - In the \*\*Register store\*\* section, complete the fields with the address and an email, and click \*\*Continue\*\*. - In the \*\*Register seller\*\* section, complete the fields with the seller's data and click \*\*Continue\*\*. - In the \*\*Payment methods\*\* section, activate the payment methods you want to make available using the slider button for each one, and click \*\*Continue\*\*. > WARNING > > If you want to activate card payments but don't find this option available within the payment methods, you should follow the detailed instructions in the \[VTEX documentation\](https://developers.vtex.com/docs/guides/define-payment-methods-displayed-on-vtex-sales-app). - Finally, choose whether you want it to be mandatory to enter a \*\*Seller code\*\* to carry out transactions. 4\. Click \*\*Finish\*\* to save your settings. ::: :::AccordionComponent{title="Install and configure Mercado Pago inStore App" pill="2"} The installation of Mercado Pago inStore App must be requested from \[VTEX Support\](https://help.vtex.com/support?/cultureInfo=en-us). Follow the steps below to do so. 1\. In the VTEX administration panel, located on the left side, go to \*\*Apps > Extension Hub > App Management\*\*. 2\. Select the \*\*Talk to our experts\*\* option. 4\. Complete the requested fields with your email, name, and account identification, and click \*\*Continue\*\*. 5\. Select the \*\*Technical\*\* option and request the installation of Mercado Pago inStore App for the store. From this moment, you will complete the application installation with VTEX Support. ::: :::AccordionComponent{title="Configure direct sales payment methods" pill="3"} To finish the configuration of Mercado Pago inStore, you must activate the new payment methods available for in-person payments. To do this, access the administration panel and follow these steps: 1\. In the side menu, select \*\*Store settings > Payments > Settings\*\*. 2\. Complete the necessary fields: - \*\*Condition Name\*\*: choose a name that allows you to identify this payment method and click the checkmark located to the right to save it. - \*\*Status\*\*: activate the payment method using the slider button. - \*\*Process with provider\*\*: select MercadoPagoV2\. 5\. Follow the steps below to do so: 1\. Access the Mercado Pago app on the mobile device associated with the terminal. 2\. In the main menu, select \*\*Charge with Point\*\*. 3\.
