Integration quality measurement is a certification process that validates that your QR Code via Orders integration meets the security and performance requirements needed to deliver the best payment experience for both sellers and buyers.

With this tool, you can identify improvement opportunities before going to production, reduce payment rejections, strengthen transaction security, and keep your integration aligned with Mercado Pago’s best practices over time.

What does it evaluate?
The tool analyzes five key aspects: buyer experience, financial reconciliation, payment approval, scalability, and security. For each one, you will receive a score and concrete actions classified as:

• Mandatory: requirements you must meet to pass the measurement.
• Recommended: improvements that increase your score without blocking the integration.
• Best practices: optimizations that improve overall quality without affecting the score.

How does it work?
The measurement is available from Your integrations in the Mercado Pago Developers panel and can be performed in two ways:

• Manual: using the Order ID from a test payment, you can evaluate your integration in the test environment and apply improvements before activating your production credentials.
• Automatic: Mercado Pago evaluates the first productive transaction of your application on a monthly basis, without manual intervention, to ensure your integration stays up to date.
