Manual installation

To install the plugin manually in Wordpress, follow these steps:

1. Download the .zip file through the releases page of our repository.

2. Once downloaded, rename the .zip file to woocommerce-mercadopago.

   Important

   Do not unzip the .zip file before uploading it to WordPress. For the plugin to install successfully, you must upload the file in the original format.

3. Log in to your Wordpress account and go to the dashboard. Click Plugins > Add New.

4. Under “Add plugins”, click the Upload plugin button.

5. Click the Choose File button and select the .zip file you downloaded and renamed.

6. Click Install Now.

7. When the installation is complete, click the Activate plugin button.

Completing these steps will install and activate the Mercado Pago payments plugin for WooCommerce in your store. Now you can configure your integration.
